CHEAP AND EASY DIY Light Bar headlight on a Super73 S2 (or any EBIKE) | TUTORIAL |

Quick tutorial on how to swap out the stock headlight from a Super73 S2 to a much brighter 36W Light Bar headlight. This mod can be done to just about any EBIKE because I'm using an external battery pack. If the Light Bar is not your thing, the same procedures can be done on most motorcycle headlights. DISCLAIMER: I am not a technician or electrician. Although this mod is easy to do, if you are not comfortable splicing wires seek a professional to help you. Happy Modding!

I did this yesterday. I just used the wire going into the original light on the E Bike🤷‍♂️ as long as it’s rated 12 to 80 w it works just fine, I just had to make sure the light I got was two wires. But I am going to return the LED light I bought at Harbor freight because like you said, I prefer the round one. It looks more like a motorcycle and it’s bigger and circumference

I've got a light bar on my E ride pro SS, and it seems to be pointed up in the sky instead of straight or down.
Do you have any hints on how I would fix that?
I'm sure the light bar is not that different from what you're dealing with there

You should put heat shrink over those connections as well.

Do you have a video of installing a light switch to this type of system? I’m definitely doing this on my sons Razor MX650. But with the Talentcell, I need to tuck that away and run a switch to the handlebar. I don’t have a lot electrical knowledge. But, I’m going to give this a try. Great video and I’m looking forward to doing this project.
