It is possible to translate only part of the words. The speech of one person sounds illegible. The second person repeats the phrase several times: "Gospodi, Bozhe moy!" ("Oh God, my God!")
At the end, the speech of the first person becomes clear. He says twice: "Vse vstayom!" ("We all get up!"). I do not know whether the literal translation is correct. In Russian, this is a call to action.
