Introduction to Web Accessibility

What is the W3C definition of "web accessibility"? In this brief introduction we will introduce our presenter Sergei Martens of Smart4Unity and Sergei presents the W3C definition of web accessibility. Note that this is a multi-part tutorial. In subsequent lessons, Sergei will discuss Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 and demonstrate how Oracle Application Express (APEX) Release 5.x can be used to create 508 compliant web-based applications.
