Storytime!
Hugo doesn't trust anyone for x reasons and he believed for years that Brad was payed for being his friend. However, Brad was actually showing his sincere love and affection to the little emo boy.
One day, a weird girl (Yoana) appeared in their life. She seemed to be interested in Hugo but once she found the oportunity she took Brad and manipulated them both breaking their unsteady relationship.
Heart-broken Hugo decided that his fate was settled down.
It didn't take him much longer to take the phone and call Lorenz (his boss) for the first time since he left the prostitution.

Characters: Hugo, Brad, Yoana.

Color part: reality.
Black/red part: Hugo's thoughts.

So correct me if I'm wrong but my interpretation of this story you're creating is going something along the lines of this:
Hugo fell for Bradley I think as seen in this animation. I think Bradley dies somehow and Elmer is the only around for hugo now but he chastises him about his job and the fact that he's sleeping around and hugo hates him for it. He causes problems for hugo. Till someone snatches Elmer up and he's getting tortured by the people. Erik and Asier meet through the gas station robbery and Asier sticks around for Erik due to falling for him but they have a lot of problems. Erik doesn't feel the same and finds Asiers love suffocating. He breaks things down for Asier and Asier doesn't seem to take it well. Erik had fallen for gregorio in actuality. Gregorio seems to possibly feel the same which is the reason behind making Asier understand that he only sees him as family. They get hugo involved to go save Elmer and I presume currently that they are now face to face with the guy who has Elmer. I MIGHT BE WRONG THOUGH SO IM NOT SURE BUT THIS IS WHAT IM TAKING FROM IT SO FAR. BUT THE ANIMATION AND THE STYLE YOU'VE INTRODUCED INTO IT IS AMAZING.
