Mr Kapil Sibal was spot on and spoke the truth. It does not mater whether he was a Congressman or an xyz man. He stated a very apparent fact, the SCI is declining in its standards and no longer trustworthy. Its judgements in the recent years have inconsistent, lopsided, blinded by prejudice and incredibly shortsighted. Poor public are aware of the grim situation but are helpless, hapless before the might of the the government institutions and agencies. Even Mr Prashanth Bushan, a senior advocate, of the SCI echoed similar views recently. I am sure there are scores of them who voice similar opinions but are afraid of the system.

They were twisting the whole proceedings in the the SC. These cotorie has been doing it for long. Now things have changed to their detriment. Hence these frustration. Now they cannot meddle in the process now.
