I think Dax is very open. He shares all of his ventures with us. He talked about his embarrassment of his viral video. He talks about going broke (something a lot of people wouldn't admit to), finding love, and just open thoughts on his walks.

Dax is such an open book that it's reassuring and wholesome. He's like Mr. Rogers on some level. He's into adventure and is very curious. He's into anti-humor, but not anti-humor, so it's just a statement. It's brilliant. I'm not sure if he moved to Seattle just to say "Live from Seattle, " or if the whole thing is a ruse. And I don't want to know. He's got "I just had to put my dog down, but I still made it to the job interview" energy, which is strange, but I feel accurate, and it comes from a place every soul knows all too well and can easily empathize with.

I'm so glad he's back. In the least creepy way you can say that. Manifest Ocean.

He definitely leans into his natural persona. Also a person can have a personality of coming off as innocent or awkward in order to be a fly on the wall in a position that people assume is naive. They are definitely not mutually exclusive. If you watch his old videos it would be difficult to believe that he always portrays himself 100% sincerely even though it is very well done.
