Hi I´ve been having an extra hard time lately and I just wanted to start my day off right by spending time with God and learning more about him. And I´m way to tired to just sit down and read the bible myself and try to understand it. So I literally just typed in biblestudy on youtube and belived that God would provide me with the right video to watch and listen to. And He surely did, this was the first video on the list and I just clicked it, and this is exactly what I´ve been praying for to hear and needed a reminder of. I have a hard shell because of this world, but on the inside I would love to call myself a Christian. I love people, and I love the words of Jesus. I hope the hard shell that I need isn't a type of insincerity, but in this life that's the only way to protect yourself in today's climate.

There's a hostility toward belief. I have to "render what is to Caesar" his in this world, but at the end of the day, the love of God is in my heart and I feel good believing in God.

I was watching a religious video about Jesus and the Bible and learned that the Bible isn’t necessarily supposed to make sense all the time. It’s part of us having faith in God. Just because we don’t understand everything about it doesn’t mean we won’t learn in time or even that we need to ever understand certain scriptures. To fully understand everything in the Bible it would take more than a theology degree. This is why I rely on videos, other books and movies/documentaries to gain better understanding. He doesn’t need us to “know it all”, he wants us to succumb to him in ignorance but yet have a deep faith that supersedes our knowledge. This is why in Catholic Churches much it said in Latin, which very few in the church even understand. This was a great video applying what the Bible teaches.

I lost my Father not long ago. And I miss him so badly. I traveled about 3 years ago to visit him in Guatemala. I still can't believe it that it happened but it happened Everytime I pray to God and asked him for my Father. I feel the presence of God. Romans 8.
