Yes, being nervous/stressed and speaking, I easily get dry mouth and speaking becomes difficult and my tongue gets so dry! I have experienced this 3 times and it is stressful! Also I think its has to do with age (62) because when I was younger this never happened before, even when I was super stressful!

I have dry mouth from my meds. I also drink lots of water every day. Indeed chewing gum n candies help. I am also a mouth breather and I do use a humidifier in my room going every night. Thank you Dr.

thank u so much for doing this video 😁 I have a very very dry mouth 👄 but it’s due to my meds (I take loads of prescribed meds & almost all of them say: symptoms - may (MAY lol) give dry mouth, I’ve been taking them for years now) & I can’t change any of them I’m always drinking water, tea or pop & now my teeth 🦷 have started to fall out 😭😭 btw I’m 58 & also take hormone meds l just feel like my body is shutting down or crumbling around me 😢 it’s a horrible thing to have & ppl just don’t understand 😢 so once again thank u for doing this video xxx

About 6 months ago I have developed a dry mouth. I am not on any medication and I am 37 years old and it’s not only dry mouth. It’s my throat gets dry too, and have to use dry throat spray. It’s annoying and embarrassing hopefully when I go to the doctor in April I will find out what’s going on

I have a terrible Ice cappacino addiction. The combination of sugar/caffeine/cold drink causes a dry mouth for me almost instantly. Poor sleep, night shift/bad diet and stress all combine to make the matter worse. Only thing that helps put moisture back in my mouth is elderberry gummies.
I'm going sugar/gluten/dairy free and incorporating some fasting techniques to see if I can get back on track.
