Hi Swathi, nice video about the agile methodology and thanks for sharing it. I am planning to execute the sprint+1 concept in my project and it says that once the dev sprint 1 is completed the QA Sprint 1 starts which is fine. My question is during the QA sprint 1 QA team will definitely find issues and log them and when/where will the dev team accommodate the time for fixing these issues as they are already working on Dev Sprint 2?

Would be great if you can provide some light on this.

I have a question in the Sprint + 1 process... You mentioned that while Dev team is working the Sprint 2, the Testing team will work on Sprint 1... Dev team sprint 3... Testing team Sprint 2... What happens when the testing team identifies the bug in sprint 1 ... when are these bug would be addressed??? Thank you in anticipation of a positive and a quick response...

Hi Swathi, really your explanation is too good. I have a question, if we implement the Sprint+1 technique based on your example we would be starting our testing process once the Dev is done with the Sprint 1. ButIn Agile testing of sprint 1 is also need to be completed within the Sprint1 time frame right.. then obviously the QA team will be delayed by 1 Sprint. Then there would be a gap b/w Dev and QA and if QA logs and critical defects then Dev need to come back to Sprint 1 in order to fix the bug and if its a fault masking defect then how this approach is better than the first way (Working along with the dev) as DEv needs to working again on the sprint 1 and also they need to change the code of Sprint 2 as it might be impacted due to defect fix done in Sprint 1.

When/How would you do System Testing and Acceptance Testing in Agile Development environment? Should Acceptance Testing be postponed until the entire feature is fulled implemented and the feature might take a few sprints to develop?

Great video. However I have a question. Wouldn't the "sprint +1" method still create unwanted delays? So the QA guys tests the features built in sprint one, while developers are working on sprint two, wouldn't they (developers) have to go back to fix the bugs of the sprint one build? Looks like delays can still happen. Maybe, I got the concept wrong.
