what is the use of high power committee constituted by NTA when as per Hon SC decision it will nullify the score of 1563 students?

Only 12 culprits are caught for paper leak but this ascertains that there is paper leak. So the leaked paper must have reached many students who have scored very well. So how is it doing justice to other students who have answered truthfully. There should be re-Neet for all.
There is a difference between a student who actually scored 650 and a student who had the leaked paper and have scored 650. This is not justified.
