Do you realize that XRP is only seen as a security by the USA? The rest of the world has excepted XRP as a currency and have no problem with it. This is why XRP has not gone to 5 cents or lower. XRP is going to replace SWIFT for central bank money transfers... it will be massive gains to all holders of XRP.

I think this guy is one of the few who totally nailed the point. This lawsuit is about the Ripple xrp escrow. If XRP goes to high prices Ripple will be so much richer than all faang companies all together. This is a geo-political lawsuit and it's never been nothing similar in SEC history

How do you remain the major coin holder? By making sure no more coin can be released.

A good result would be making Brad, Chris, and other Executives register their personal sales of XRP and making Ripple's Institutional sales of XRP at market price instead of discounted prices. This eliminates the continuous dumping of XRP for immediate profit which suppresses the price.
