How did you come up with the bottom part of the fraction?

As a Grade 4 From Asia This is a absolute win heres proof. (Here is how we do it which might be more frustrating). 0.8463892 Digits:7 Given: 4th Digit Answer:Ten Thousands…. The 0 in the first digit is whole numbers but in the other side is what we call…. i forgot but but to do it we count the digits except 1 in the Fraction digits we have 10 so we count it until it finished to the Given (Im not a math Nerd its only from the genes im a virgo btw so bye)

Wouldn’t it be 10, 100, and 1, 000 because there in the .1, .01, and .001 place?
