Yeah... I got screwed by realtor that was in cahoots with an inspector and a notary public. House had SEVERE water damage and mold from YEARS of roof leaks and shower leaks. All covered up for sale to a sucker. Cy would have caught it.

Before this channel, I thought it was a universally know fact that real estate construction is FULL of shady assholes. I thought that was common knowledge. I am shocked to discover that builders and realtors are actually trusted by some people. Is my generation THAT desperate for housing, we will ignore everything.

There are a lot of home inspectors out there that have no clue what they're it's hard enough to buy a used house🤨 but when it comes to new home construction it's obvious the contractors don't build houses anymore... considering the materials and the workmanship these days.... they barely qualify as well decorated Shacks!! Private contractors have an interest in making sure that the job is well done. It's obvious Builders could care less! These builders make their fortunes on building GARBAGE!!... and should be called out for it🖕
