There's A Hidden Season 7 Reinhardt Buff!

Reinhardt overwat got a hidden buff in Season 7 of Overwatch 2 that you need to manually enable.

With this you can cancel charge with swing and immediately cancel your swing with a shatter, effectively meaning you canceled your pin with a shatter. Also works with fire strike i guess

what happens is when canceled normal rein does a little stop animation and then strikes or shield
when changed the stop animation gets canceled and instead just swings or block instantly

since there is also a tech where you use shield + jump at the end of charge to keep some momentum it would be better to have a ability 1 + primary setting, since thats not available i just set it to primary only so ill have to adapt to that

I'm pretty sure this is close to the same thing that happened to hanzo, it is very likely that it is faster.

That looks like a bug they're probably going to patch out or change so folks without the setting can instantly go into other actions. It looks like it removes the half second animation of the charge ending. (Maybe im bad and that was always possible?)
