I have this figure and I hadn’t noticed that on our figure, hopefully it was just a random error on your figure. Also, the Marvel Legend packaging is almost indentical to the new GI Joe Classified packaging that just started on the current wave of Doc, Dreadnok Torch, Jinx and Night Creeper.
