The Absinthe La Maison Fontaine Blanche has a cloud-white louche with some blue tints. The louche is beautiful to watch as it forms, neither too quickly, nor too slow. The aroma tastes after green anise and the distinctive flowery smell of Pontarlier wormwood, like an alpine meadow in spring. The taste is sweet and refreshing green anise, intense wormwood and rich fennel, the holy trinity in perfect harmony. Notes of lemon and peppermint in the background, along with other tasty herbals and florals. The Absinthe finishes with a velvety and smooth aroma.

Der Absinthe La Maison Fontaine Blanche entwickelt einen wolkenweißen Louche mit einigen Blautönen. Die Trübung bildet sich weder zu schnell noch zu langsam und sieht sehr schön aus. Die Geschmacksaromen nach Anis und dem markanten, blumigen Duft von Pontarlier Wermut, erinnern an eine Bergwiese im Frühling. Der Geschmack ist süß und erfrischend. Grüner Anis, Wermut und Fenchel harmonieren perfekt miteinander. Leichte Noten von Zitrone, Pfefferminze und anderen leckeren Kräutern und Blumen, runden den Absinthe ab. Der Abgang ist samtig und weich.

La palette aromatique évoque tout d'abord l'anis vert et la grande absinthe de Pontarlier, mais aussi tout un mélange complexe de plantes rappelant la fraicheur d'une prairie alpine au printemps. Le goût s'apparente à un doux et rafraîchissant anis vert associé à une absinthe intense et un riche fenouil : la "sainte trinité" de l'absinthe en parfaite harmonie. Des notes de citron et de menthe poivrée se développent en arrière-plan, ainsi que d'autres plantes savoureuses. L'absinthe se termine par un arôme à la fois doux et velouté.
