I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is peace and quiet. my most favorite parts are the living area and kitchen area. I wish there was a stand-alone tub in the master bathroom, but I guess the bench in the shower would make up for it. I like that there are bathrooms in all the bedrooms. I love the built-ins throughout in all the closets. I also love the fireplace.❤❤❤

This is a very nice place. I'd want to get a Powder Room on that first floor and an Elevator. Getting a Powder Room on that first floor you could make that one bathroom be the ensuite for the guest bedroom.I like the idea of having the Porch being screened.

I think I see where the Powder Room could go and where an Elevator could be.
