Why not use multi purpose Fuel cells (high temperature Proton exchange membrane with the removable tan you can even add CO2 Gas turbine with filtration device depends what kind of fuel cell platform we are talking about with combination of solid fuel oxide cell tech and small battery pack made out of aluminum and graphene) to run on different types of hydrocarbons besides the hydrogen, like lpg, natural gas, amonia.. since infrastructure is not completely developed around Europe , so other can lease a car rather than buying them it's affordable to them and can make a lot a profit to you for example take 30000 car that need to be insured and registered , car dealerships will buy them at full price and lease it to an future owner with insurance policy all they need is to make sure their tank is full and change tires, every thing else is either covered by casco insurance, warranty or lease contract maitainece and parts, unless is some careless driver where than lease goes up, but with lease of 300 for on 20 years they earn 4 times a price of the car (that includes all the maitainece, parts and registrations) and in mean time if the driver want to change the car they can extend their lease contract (restructuring) which offer them more flexibility and options for both care dealer and buyers, especially if the cars are recycled every 15 year for parts to make new ones, one way to revitalize industry to make people happy constantly buying for a new cars and car manufacturer makes profit.
