How to add cron jobs / scheduled tasks on Windows with PowerShell

Recently I've got a lot of requests how one can add cron jobs (aka Scheduled Tasks) on Windows with help of PowerShell. This screencast gives you a rudimentary introduction, how to add and view cron jobs on Windows with PowerShell and how these jobs are stored in the filesystems.
