I had a statistics class and a investments class at bachelor level and both classes used regressions very often. However, they never explained in a clear way what was happening or how the model fit the data. we were only shown a loss function and told that was being minimized. I only encountered a very clear explanation like this one at a masters level class... which does not make sense that I had to wait until masters to find clarity. I think these types of explanations should be always done first when doing an introductory courses that will make use of any sort of regression. Good video!
