The M16 –SS EDC Series - A proven knife design platform made simple, made tough, and made affordable.

If you are a fan of the Kit Carson designed M16 tactical folding knives you are going to want to check out these stainless steel (SS) variations.

Handles are shaped and contoured in the same confident grip M16 style, but are crafted of a retro flavored stainless steel. Handles are all finished in a classic black oxide finish. These folders are available in several blade style options including cutting edge configurations, each with their own user advantages to offer. Blades also feature the Carson Flipper for quick and convenient blade actuation—and the flipper doubles as an effective blade guard in the open position. Blade lock up is secured through the traditional framelock mechanism.

The M16-SS EDC Series is a straight up, "no frills" every day carry folder design that kicks butt in pure performance and value.

I own the Carson design M16-10KZ and has been part of my everyday carry for years. Great knife and light weight. I have use this blade in the field and has never failed me time and time again. Great product.

I've had this knife for almost a month and I've put it through quite a bit. still in solid shape. really strong tip on it. a lot of people say it's too small but I have small hands so it's great for me. the edge retention is not to good but nothing a wetstone can't fix. lockup is still solid. overall I'd say it's a great knife and has definitely turned me to crkt knives.

Man I love that knife. Got it at Lowe’s a few months ago and it’s a permanent keeper in my opinion. What I love about the stainless steel handle is the fact that it’s weather resistant.

I can't close this knife to save my life lol. I think I should just use some mace instead.
I do not have big working hands, despite being in the army for almost three years my hands have stayed the same small thin shape no matter what :(

I really like mine, but chipped the edge while stabbing into a coffee table. Hardcore testing.

The only company I will buy from is crkt. I purchased my first knife from your company was on a landscaping paycheck at 14. I have kept my m16 sharp and the joint clean and it has been my main knife for 7 years now

This knife is awesome. My favorite knife. I've used it for about four months at work now cutting boxes open. The extra point on the tanto is great for starting a cut. It's got a great open on it, a sleek feel to the whole knife. Also the serations cut straps no problem, that's another advantage it has over a boxcutter. I also have the m16-14 but I've only used it for some yard work and honestly i like this one more. It just less bulky and feels better.

"Using it" = stabbing a person

I really dislike the duel hilt on this.  It forces you into using a hammer grip when I really prefer to have my thumb up on the back of the blade for better control.
