When you press the shutter down completely, do you have to keep your finger on it, or do you just press the shutter and release, letting the Procap get on with it?

When you have an image shown on backscreen and you push ok, my camera does not go to menu. How do you make that happen? Is there a viewable manual online somewhere. The manual that comes with the camera is useless. So many questions and nowhere to find the answers.
