For me the change of light in the Fall in about October (i.e. to shorter and shorter daylight hours) I'd fall into depression hard and fast then I used to rapid cycle very depressed in morning and hypomanic after the sun went down. This would go on every day until middle Winter and then abate. Thank goodness for meds. They have at least somewhat smoothed this out.
