The fact that I love to play badminton competitively makes me enjoy this anime 100x more. Imo, badminton is not appreciated enough and is so underrated, I’m just so glad to see a badminton anime even if it’s not fully about the sports, I would still watch it. From the looks of it so far, it’s animated beautifully.

This is such a good story. Only complaint I have is that love triangles pop up somewhat regularly, and it comes off as unnecessary drama when they do. Thankfully the rest of the story is a really solid and pretty mature romance (by that I mean realistic and well handled. I can’t think of any degeneracy off the top of my head).

And the thing with them living together is kind of important, but it’s very background. It’s rarely ever brought up in the beginning. She moves in and then the story practically ignores that she moved in for a good chunk of chapters. So if anyone is worried about weird, degenerate shenanigans from that plot point, it’s actually handled really well, in a way that’s pretty realistic.

The characters are also phenomenal. So many of them feel fleshed out and distinct in their own ways. It’s just a terrific series
