Bezier multicycle eggs

Easter eggsperiments — proto-Hamiltonian multicycles on a hybrid ellipsoid. The underlying set of 384 points comes from my dynamic polyhedron constructor, which I've now updated for the "egglipsoid" shape, i.e. a joint of two ellipsoid halves with different eggcentricities.

Unlike some of my earlier ovoids which scaled points radially from a sphere to the egg, the dynamic push approach should have a more even distribution as it works directly on the given surface.
