Surprised you didn't mention Autonauts, which is literally a programming game where you collect resources Minecraft style, build and craft workbenches, then build wind up bots to automate/program to do stuff for you. They start with limited memory so you have to be more efficient if you want to have the instructions for their storage space, and sometimes you just need multiple bots per task because of their processing speed or memory space constraints.

"While True: learn()" is also a nice game about machine learning

A game I used to play as a child before learning programming is Lightbot. There are actually like 4 Lightbot games and they are all amazing

"Baba is you" is also a really awesome puzzle game which teaches what I would consider to be scripting. It also teaches the concepts of how the order of the commands/actions can yield different outcomes.

I also want to recommend Satisfactory, but that's more the robotics/hardware side of things. Similar to Factorio, the goal is full automation. It's really fun and rewarding!

Bitburner is a cool game for people who have multiple levels of experience -you can start as a beginner programmer

I recommend playing Rec Room too. They don't show this in their ads but the way you make a game inside Rec Room is similar to coding. There's boolean chips, variable chips, audio players, math chips, if else chips, Raycast, vector 3, networking (if you're planning to make a pvp game), and a sh*t ton more. It's harder than the stuff mentioned in the video but it gives you a more technical approach but still fun at the same time.

Mindustry it's a game which literally have an programing-like function in-game, called "Logic". It isn't necessary to play the game at all, but it improves your gaming experience if did well. The game also have an Factorio vibe, for the people who likes RTS games.
I highly recommend it.
