Easy way: fold paper. Then fold the end of the folded side onto the other side. Do the same on the other one and boom. Also I explained it so complicated.

As a dragon puppeteer i put a lot of work into my puppets this is a fun silly thing but its not a "puppet dragon" i have to make my base (can be with cardboard or paper) and i have to make the dragon i want i have to sketch it then make the real dragon and color/paint it it takes a lot of work this is a funny way to make goofy vids to be a puppeteer but its not the real thing

Roll the peace of paper and flatten it one you have flattened it fold it one you have folded it fold the both sides and put or fingers in the bit where you rolled it up
