The first one it’s not supposed to be exfoliating it’s a scrubber that you use so you don’t have to scrub with your hands, but when you’re done with these always wash them so that bacteria can go away

You don't need that exact glove. You can use a normal dry towel or a stone that doesn't have too much of a rough surface on damp skin that has been soaked in warm water. Plus u need to change the glove after it's been used alot

Moroccans has been using this kinds of gloves. We call them "keess" and we usually put traditionnal moroccan soap before this. It's a tradition in morocco
