I cried a lot watching this video, but by the end I just felt grateful for all this years and happy for him.

He sounded so excited about the new projects he wants to start and getting to spend more time with his family and friends that I can't help but feel like he is making the right choice.

And I'm excited for the future, it will never be the same, but it doesn't have to. I want to meet the new team Theorists and see what they have in store.

That said, it's still gonna be hard to say goodbye when the time truly comes. But I know I'll be smiling through the tears and I hope everyone else can do the same.
