Pushpanjali means tribute of flowers. Anjali is the name of the female character in this movie. Anjali means tribute and this song speaks of all the different tributes (anjali) for Anjali. Geethanjali= tribute of song, Nadananjali= tribute of dance, Kavithanjali= tribute of poems, and so on. The vocal are the legendary S.P.B. and K.S. Chitra.
