I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I don't style my hair after each wash, I do it only when I have shoots or events. On other days, I let my hair air dry. Also, I oil my hair once a week and when I don't, I use this anti dandruff serum 1 hr before shampoo. These products are not my every wash products, I keep switching between a lot of products! Hope this helped.
