is there a hack for getting all buildings repairing wtih pressing R just once?

i put this line SelfHealing=yes in only on buildings rule, it heals slow, takes several minutes so it is good against plane's falling debris.

without this, the game's mods are not very playable and exhausting. rule SelfHealing=yes doesnt work on the original campaigns, which is perfectly ok.
