How To Make Garlic Knots !!!

Today we are making GARLIC KNOTS from scratch, with a very easy to follow step by step recipe & some cool tricks for perfect execution!!
PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS :-
2 1/4 TSP Pack Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 1/4 Cold Water
2 TBL SPN Olive Oil
1 TSP Sugar
1TSP Salt
5 1/2 Cups Unbleached Flour
DIRECTIONS:-
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of warm water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. 1 1/4 cups cold water; oil, sugar, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.Weigh or lightly spoon about 9 ounces (bout 5 1/4 cups) flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, yeast mixture, and cold water in bowl of stand mixer fitted with a dough hook. Mix on low 8 minutes until smooth.
GARLIC OIL MIX:
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 TSP Salt
1 1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
1 TSB Parmigiana Cheese
1 TSB Crushed Red Pepper
3 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic

Thats the closest to absolutely right I've ever seen anyone do on these garlic knot videos. The only difference with mine are that I use way more minced garlic and parmigiano/Romano cheese. Mine drip with olive oil, It's not for everyone but its good...I like the red pepper touch also. GREAT JOB!

At the restaurant, I used to work at.We made it almost the same. To the melted butter we added better than bouillon garlic base. Took things to the next level. Just add a little at a time to get the flavour you want!

Cheese is Salty enough so you can cut the regular Salt down or out etc Thanks for sharing I am using store bought pizza Dough that I had in the freezer defrosting it to get it poofts first etc

Hi & thanx for ur recipe. I'm wondering since u say the dough is "proofed" is it safe to say, you let the dough rest 30min or and hour? 👍 oh & p.s. u forgot the parsley in the written ingredients for garlic oil 🙃
