Someone was just out for a refrigerant leak and I found 3 more and then had to return and repair the last ones plus another problem that happened after the first repair.

Trane uses those PE valves for their reheat/dehumidification units and they are notorious leakers!! I’ve had to replace and rebuild many of them! You are not alone with your workplace misery! lol

Excellent video. I know your frustration on old obsolete equipment. I had a Cyprus cooling tower with a bad manifold in a company that could afford to replace it. No they said, fix it. I spent three days welding up a cooling spray manifold with 50 nozzles to make it run again. Stupid bean counters. Thanks for the video.

Once i seen both leaks on the 3 way split valves, I new this job was a nightmare

The gaskets in those 3 way valves are terrible especially the back😂😭
