Hello, Islamabad just 45 minutes far from my home town city. Islamabad & whole has cold arround country. Pakistan has 4 Seasons. I would inform you that, you both see 3 buildings ( it's named sentorian buildings) & behind as you told its hotel but its Faisal Mosque not hotel. (Maqbool Khan, Clifton, Defence, Karachi).
