This is the part that I been waiting for. You see this scene are one the funniest part in Tensura. While Rimuru, Leon and Ruminas are talking in meeting room. Guy Crimson suddenly came and knock at door and Diablo go to door and slightly open it. When he see Guy Crimson face, he said "Go Home" slammed the door close.

Rimuru, Leon and Ruminas shocked to see this. Because as we all know, you can't do that kind of behavior in front of the Powerful Demon Lord like Guy Crimson, except if you're Diablo 😂

I think it is quite understandable why he didn't notice it by himself.

His logic: I am not that strong -> so Demons that are no threat to me can't be THAT special.

Also him being him allows him to control the Demoness trio so well....they are prideful yes, but they also respect strength and value their bodies and names (both life nigh long goals from all of them). They are loyal to him and it shows in vol16 in their interviews.
