My Ex made me feel so lonely, then started saying I was depressed, I got a therapist but nothing seemed to work until 5-6 months after filing for divorce, hanging out with real friends, and exercising.. now I feel a lot more normal and strong enough to fight this court battle…

Worse thing she did was under estimate me.

grips..
the cycle of mental abuse that is now gone..
feels like it’s still here..
without the breadcrumbs of kindness..
always sparingly scattered, from the Narc,
creating the quick dopamine hit in the brain..
the feeling of loss/anxiety/doom lingers..
Praying for God to help each one of us on here, to heal from this..I know that he will.
