In my opinion, one of the most beautiful cars ever made. I sat in one they had in the Honda dealer showroom when i bought my 91 Accord, and i was in love on the spot, truly a work of art.

The 1st Gen NSX is the perfect sport car. Might not have much horsepower or torque compared to nowadays sports car, obviously, but at the time this blew way every competition and created a new benchmark for the industry. Putting figures apart this car is so balanced, and with a great steering that communicates with the driver and being the first car with a one piece aluminium cockpit, it's the car that gives you lots of driving pleasure in corners. And because of that aluminium cockpit Honda could give it a softer suspension which allows you to use it everyday with comfort without negligecting the handling capailites (next gens failed in this). There are lots of people that say that this car problem is that you can only pull out it's power in high revs, but I think that it makes the car more usable in a daily basis, since it performs like any other Honda while you're at normal speed and when you go to tracks you just have to consider that the rev dial starts a 5k (you can see what I'm talking about in some videos of Ayrton Senna driving a NSX through Suzuka racetrack)

A guy in my neighborhood had this same one way back when, they are slick. The factory says they do 0-60 in 5.5. Acura says the 2013 model will be under 5 seconds - cant wait to see that beauty.

Hey you American guys need to know its not all about low end torque and ci, keeping a car like this up on the peak of its curve is what makes it so fun to drive. Ayrton Senna helped to design this car, it was one of the most successful Japanese road racing cars for over 10 years. Great vids dude.
