This was an unbelievable cut of Japanese Wagyu from @meatnbone @wagyuofjapan
Perfectly balanced marbling. Each bite literally melted in my mouth. Japanese Wagyu is an experience like no other. Straight 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗬! 🔥

Good choice!! Miyazaki Gyu（宮崎牛）is one of my favorite beef and other favorites are Kobe Gyu （神戸牛）as u know. Matsusaka Gyu （松阪牛）is most popular brand in Japan but I don't like it because it's very oily not high quality fat. Thank u for pick up Japanese beef! Finally, if u don't mind, plz try to Sukiyaki with JP beef. This is also my favorite ane the taste is like Teriyaki.

I’ve cooked these. Fantastic. I try and trim some of the fat so I can render it in the pan. Do a nice sear. This makes my stomach rumble with hunger
