Hi I tried to calculate the BOD value but came up with an issue. The calculation to find KD 30 is okay and came up with your answer, 0.158. However, when I worked out the total solids content (L), it gave a negative value of - 2.47. I made a spreadsheet to resolve it and the relevant formula is Y5= L (1-(10)^-0.158295*5). This looks interesting and need to find out where it has gone wrong. Thanks for clarifying it.
