That last one reminds me of the pyramid ships from the Destiny games. They’re representative of the Final Shape: The endpoint of the universe, where everything has been whittled down to the most simple thing it can be. Kinda poetic that the most simple 2d shape shows up repeatedly in a super-simple CA like that!

Can we try triangle, square, and onwards? I think it's really interesting to see how these patterns propagate using different dimensions (e.g. sides that are able to interact). Also the more we go up in number of sides, does this influence the behaviour and in what ways?
