What is Kayn's ultimate lorewise?

Kayn's ultimate might be one of the weirdest abilities in the League of Legends universe. I'm not talking about the in game ability, but more about it lorewise. So Kayn learned how to use shadow magic a long time ago. He can hide himself in shadows and strike his enemies down in an instant. But not only can he im his enemies shadows, he can also hide in the deepest and darkest places of their mind. Torturing his enemies untill they surrender, or worse... But since the day Kayn enquired Rhaast, this ability became much deadlier. Not only does Kayn enter their bodies, so does Rhaast... 2 souls tearing someone up from the inside dealing unbearable psychological and physical damage...
