It's best to create the new category and list records in the same application scope as the configurable workspace

sys_ux_list_menu_config = list menu configuration table
sys_ux_list_category = category table
sys_ux_list = list table
sys_ux_applicability = audience table
sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list = audience to list applicability table

Thanks but when I click on the any incidents example first INC0009009 on from the list view it is showing ""The page you are looking for could not be found" SO can we configure that ? link with proper record
