Sir Ji, Can i file writ petition in high court by keeping my revision application pending at the district court last 8yrs m fightinng a case with the company and their directors those who cheated to us any many innocent people across the nation Police had submitted closure Report twice in this case by taking a birbe their second Closure report has been accepted by the Chief judicial magistrate ....and now i have filed Revision application at the District Court and it is on the argument status now since 2013 to till date many times Miscarriage of Justice has occurred in this case Please guide me that Can i file writ petition in high court at this stage ....Thank you

Sir hamne High court mein 15-04-2019 Ko Writ petition dali thi 02-05-2019 Ko high court ne S.P or RTO jo hamari complaint par koi karwayi nahi kar rahe the unko Aadesh diya he kal hame us oder ki certificate copy high court se mil jayegi ab uske Baad hame kya karna padega agar High court ke Aadesh par bhi police koi karwayi nahi kare to hamare paas kya rasta bachta he please help me
