In today’s video, Pace Morby covers how a fund of funds is a better investment strategy than a regular fund. Why is there a minimum amount to raise for funds, and what amount are fund managers looking for? He wanted to create a fund that encourages regular people to invest less money, eventually allowing them to partner with him on multifamily deals.

Pace also talks about the challenges that come along with creating a fund of funds, being completely transparent about the vulnerability that comes with the first few steps. He shares his experience possibly collaborating with Grant Cardone to create a fund of funds and explains why, after looking at the financial requirements, it was not a good deal to get into afterall.
