► Generate admin access token:
POST host/rest/V1/integration/admin/token

► Get the option_id values:
GET host/V1/configurable-products/:sku/options/all

► Get the option_id values:
GET host/rest/V1/configurable-products/:sku/children

► Add the product to the cart:
POST host/rest/V1/carts/mine/items
