Thx so much for this video I suggested you did it few weeks ago because i really have this problem of dust or particles in my diving pictures.
I'm very grateful that you have made the tutorial so fast and so detailed, it sure helps me a lot with my diving photos.

Big thanks Olivio, for another brilliant tutorial. As well as learning more about using the Affinity tools, I was very reassured to learn that you painstakingly remove the specks on the figure itself one by one. I've been doing exactly that -- putting on some nice music and spending hours removing specks -- and wondered if I was crazy to be taking that much trouble. But the result is worth it.

The freehand selection tip was very useful! I always zoomed in real close with a smaller brush but the freehand method is much faster!

Is any way to avoid or fix colour banding? Could you make a tutorial about that?

You have to do select the trickier parts of the fish anyhow. So why not instead of using Liquify Persona select the whole fish, cut it out on the duplicated layer, then edit/fill/inpainting. The result is the same, but at least for me, this workflow is more efficient.
