You have to fill to the tip top and use thick paper double layered and then slide it off slow and the it will actually work

Okay Jaden here's how the trick is done. Get a cup and put a small hole on the side at the bottom of the cup. Fill the cup with water and cover the hole with your finger. This will create a vacuum and not allow the water to escape.
