There was some wild claims on reddit of people getting Anbernic devices for 1/4 of the price in TikTok shops. I bet there might be a few units and then you will get scammed.

This. Although at least aliexpress allows brands to actually sign their own stuff like Amazon and ebay, more of an online marketplace than a store. I actually buy my anbernic consoles through their official aliexpress store, as that's where they sold them cheapest when I last bought them.
