In this video, we are going to discuss the most effective schedule for anyone who is preparing for some competitive exam. As we know, an exam like CA can be a difficult nut to crack.

In fact, this timetable can be used by anyone to get better in life.

This timetable requires commitment and dedication. I want you to come back here and give an update after a week or two of following it.

_Note_ _to_ _self_ :
1. Start video from 1:30 - Only worthy point is to come back next week and comment about the result.
2. Upto 2:56 - Irrespective of the time at which you wake up, give yourself 30 to 40 mins max to freshen up and divide your day into 3 chunks - (a) 1st session 6 to 7 hours; (b) a BIG break; (c) 2nd session 4 to 5 hours
3. Till 4:36 - (a) Meditation & exercise are also very very important; (b) don't have a childish mindset of taking a break after like 45 mins of studying. Learn to sit for long hours and get that output out everyday; (c) Stick to *one* subject. Don't start another till you have completely demolished this subject; (d) You can try sharing your targets with friends or Neeraj Sir for more accountability.
4. Skip the rest of the video. Only good point is "Seekhna shuru...." is waaaayyyy more positive than "Seekhna and I love it

My timetable
4am-7 = first study slot
7-9.30 = gym, breakfast & other kaam
10-2.30 = second study slot
2.30-3.30 = lunch
4-7.30 = third study slot
7.30-10 = dinner & relax
10-4 = dead sleep

My timetable until 5 December 2022
I challenge myself to follow through!
8 am : WAKE UP ANYHOW
8-8.45 am : Breakfast and fresh n up
8.45-1 pm : Sitting 1 (4 hours)
1-1.30 pm : Lunch
1.30-4.30 pm : Sitting 2 (3 hours)
4.30-5 pm : Chill
5-8 pm : Sitting 3 (3 hours)
8-8.30 pm : Dinner
8.30-11.30 pm: Sitting 4 (3 hours)
11.30-12 am : Chill
12-2 am : Sitting 5 (2 hours)
2 am : SLEEP ANYHOW

Want to add a suggestion : taking power naps is very important if you are feeling drowsy while studying or after completing a session. 15 min power nap once or twice is really effective only if you are feeling drowsy.

My time table
6-8 first shift
8-10 cooking breakfast etc
10-1 second shift + ☕
1-2 lunch, nap
2-6 third shift
6-7 rest
7-11 forth shift (incl dinner)

Double shift study is best. Go to bed at 12am. Wake at 5:30 am.
Study+eat+meditate till 4 pm.
Sleep from 4-5.30
And again study till 12.
That gives you around 12-13 hour studies plus 7.5hr sleep.
Remember, proper sleep is non negotiable .
